This is a inn on a main crossroads, a central point to all the Duchies. Owned and operated by "Chronicler" .

The inn is dark and shady a very large three story stone former fort with dark booths and many corners in which Cainites can feel free to talk. There are mortals around so at least maintain the image of not yelling to all that you are a Vampire.

Chronicler offer his protection against outright violence while in his domain. This is about as close to a permanent Elysium as you will find. He offers "refreshment" of many sorts at a fair price.

Though rarely seen or recognized when he does make his presence known he offers private meeting rooms when requested.
