Greeting Disaskalos, I am honored to be standing before you this fine evening.
As our friend the Father has already mentioned the reason for our travels is to seek out your council as well as seek recompense for the transgressions against both of our noble kingdoms.
As you are no doubt aware of and our lovable bouncing bunny, Lyrah has touched on already two of the members of Liabach had gone missing for many months and held captive and in tor pored states by an unknown assailant with a French accent. With your permission I wish to share this voice with you telepathically to see if you recognize this mans voice? (assuming the answer is yes I knock in his head and replace the scene from the kitchen and cellar for Didaskalos). The dark energy that surrounds Necramedies and the floating skulls that Lyrah has spoken of was also present in the location I was being held prisoner. I have as of yet not been able to locate this place but am working towards that goal.
Galahad stands by and awaits further response but clearly has more to say.

"Duke Galahad the voice I have never heard before," Didaskalos says, "but as I said before this could be connected to Nicomedes as I have seen this type of phenomenon before."
"The hunger is a symptom of a great disease and since it falls within you lands I am willing to take control," Didaskalos says, "but the impression it may give to the other Dukes of your inability to protect your lands maybe shown."
"I will allow you the chance first to track down what is causing this and how or if Nicomedes is involved," Didaskalos paces again, "LOKI!"
The huntsman bounds from a corner with the speed rarely seen, "yes my lord."
Didaskalos orders, "head to Liabach you have three days,"
Loki nods grins and disappears from sight.

"It would make sense that Laibach would be so Affected. I had managed to track the Cult from Carthage to Croatia, not far from Laibach's borders."

"The chaos that has been brought into the world by Nicomedes is unfortunate and will be dealt with," Didaskalos says, "I will trust in the continued cooperation between your two forces, in time and with the proper leadership the domain as whole maybe united against this threat."
"Is there anything else to discuss before I rule?" Didaskalos asks.

As far as the Trento Debacle, I believe we have covered everything. To Summarize:
Against Trieste: -Alfonso, at Command of Lord Raetus, Invaded in Direct Violation of the Second Tradition -Lucien, in Response, Invaded in Direct Violation of the Second Tradition, and has Begun to Seek Reparations -Alfonso, in Response to being Questioned on His Actions, has made Direct Threats towards Trieste and it's Current Doge -Lord Raetus and Alfonso both Refuse to Acknowledge the Authority of the Doge of Trieste
Against Laibach: -Twice the Court of Trento Expelled the Delegates of Laibach from the Grounds of our Meet, Without Following Proper Protocol for Such Actions -Lord Raetus and His Barons fed their Blood to Gallahad to Revive Him while the Court of Laibach were Absent from the First Expulsion -Lord Raetus Admitted to these Actions and Struggled to Adequately Defend His Actions -Lord Raetus Refused to Acknowledge Duke Gallahad's Authority over Him -After Having Pointed out that both Lord Raetus' Barons needed a Sworn Knight for him to have Duke Authority, they Released one Knight from Alfonso's Service to swear to Lady Morgana in an Obvious Attempt to Salvage his Power Grab
Again, we Apologize for Having to Bring this Directly to You. If we had a Local Chamberlain, and Named Prince, we would not need to Interrupt your Affairs over such matters.

"What are you hinting at Balaam?," Didaskalos asks.
"Dorthia has yet to come to me with an acceptable choice for local Chamberlin," Didaskalos says, "as for the position of Prince you know exactly who I would have picked."

" Yes Sir. When she was Last in Trieste, We spoke on Both Matters.
As for 'hinting', Lord, I am Aware that a Suitable Candidate has been Difficult to find amongst the High Clans. I also Know that you Remember a Time when such Distinctions were not so.
As I have come in Possession of a Minor Boon owed by Yourself, I ask that you Open the Parameters of Your Search. If you can find Someone Eloquent, Knowledgeable of Traditions, Savvy of Boons and Impartial Towards the Three Duchies, that you Consider such a Cainite even if he is of a Low Clan. I'm certain such a Qualified Individual would be Grateful enough to Repay for the Privilege."

(OOC, thank you for filling the gaps as I am at work all day and only able to post intermittently)
There was 1 other matter that I wish to touch on in regards to the hospitality of Trento towards Liabach, and that is of the public and unwarranted insults towards one of my knights in front of the entire gathering. I am refering to the speech given by one of Trento's Barons are part of a knight being sworn to himself. The words spoken could be interpreted as an act of aggression towards the knight known as Rikar, which in turn can be considered an act of intent against the Dukedom of Liabach. We seek a peaceful resolution the the above infractions so that we may proceed to deal with the issue at hand. That issue I refer to is of course Nicomedes and his followers.

Didaskalos takes what Balaam says and grins slightly then focuses on Galahad, "poor manners? This is what you wish me to adjudicate on?" He says sceptically.
(Ooc: The laws of Caine are different then the Camarilla traditions we have them posted for viewing in the rules area.)

"It is quite simple you three Dukes are the leading noble houses in the area," Didaskalos says, "I do not care if you choose to work together or squabble amongst yourselves."
"What does matter is that my orders are followed and open combat does not grace my domain" Didaskalos sternly speaks, "my recommendation is that you treat them better then they treated you."
"As for my ruling here it is," Didaskalos paces quickly, "both Raetus and La'chard shall suffer the same punishment for discarding the second law."
"They both shall owe the Doge of Trieste a blood boon for marching their forces in uninvited," Didaskalos says, "they both shall work together to permanently improve the domain of Trieste (raise one domain trait permanently) and they both shall lose their sword hand for one year as a sign of dishonour."
"That is my ruling," Didaskalos says,"you may leave except for you Balaam meet me in an hour back here."
