So you technically only have 4 members so I would begin actively recruiting or call in some blood boons to force an unsworn individual to join or begin some downtime quests to draw a NPC to your Duchy.
Anyways, we need to put your Domain points together.
I am going to give you the 20pts even though you do not have the full 5 characters yet. However, I will be reducing the blood pool by a little as though there was a character there that was not coming to gatherings.
You have the base 20pts to put into the categories.
Wealth
This affects the total Domain cap on Resources (3 or 4 x lvl)? and Trade (1.5 x lvl round down)
Wealth adds 5 x lvl to the blood pool.
Silence/Fear
Silence contributes 3 x lvl to the Blood Pool.
Happiness
Happiness adds 3 x lvl to the blood pool.
Defense
This does NOT add to your blood pool, but rather it helps protect it, your wealth, happiness and maintain silence.
Divide your points among these 4 stats. Remember, Blood is great so long as things go smoothly, and all the stats play into things running smoothly.
Note: You CAN spend downtimes performing espionage and harming another Duchies ratings either temporarily or permanently (with enough effort).
