About 6 months after the first force arrives in Triest a second larger force arrives.
Shortly before dawn several additional camps are made. the banners at the command tents chow the forces to belong to Duke Lucien La'chard and Baron Rafael Angelus Vega.
The forces erect the command tents before the first light of dawn strikes and then sets up the rest of the camps.
The Original forces belonging to Baron Alfonso Valencia are surrounded. There is a slight opening towards the gates that would allow Baron Alfonso's forces to "strategically" retreat.
ST NOTE TO EVERYONE
If you were not physically in Triest prior to this second force arriving you must go through the ST's to come (or leave if you were there). Further all messengers or messages coming or going also must go through the ST's.
I am opening up a new in character board. Where those who are in Triest (Lucien, Alfonso, Balaam, Rafael) can converse if they desire or you can simply act through the ST's.
Keep in mind this is a Low Clan City so there are or could be Spies everywhere (tons of Obfuscate) so if you want a private meeting (even if it is between Baron and Duke) you must now go on the record in a private room or carbon storyteller and rulehound in.
And final note to Lucien, Alfonso, Balaam and Rafael. You are now cut off from the outside world. No communicating to anyone else. You are on your own, your characters, paths, archtypes should help guide you.
