Might I suggest we continue to encourage the intellectual growth of the University?

Klagensfurt is wanting to strengthen trade between our realms, I'm sure there are Cainites who could personally profit from such endeavors as much as Mortal Trieste.

Amphion appears to be assisting the locals in strengthening defenses; aside from physical protections, building networks of mortal informants would help us against Mortal & Cainite actions.

I leave you to your thoughts & opinions on such matters. Feel free to share your plans, especially if there is concern of wasting competition between ourselves."

I will be likely spending my time gathering a fleet of ships to travel and trade along the Adriatic coast. What these ships will be carrying is up for debate though. If you would like I could upon their arrival start having the ships import rare tomes and scholars for translation in many languages, at my own expense of course. If this is not too your likeing or you have a better use in mind let me know and we can work something more fortuitous out.

(OOC: I suggest that we each spend a few XP on some more domain ratings. Perhaps two XP each and raise either the wealth or happiness of the domain? You could speak with the cappadocian and I will speak with our Malkavian and we can perhaps raise both of them)

(So, Happiness and Defense have both been raised permanently.

My Convent will be attempting a temporary increase to either Silence or Happiness, with potential to build on those actions for future permanent increases.

With the judgement of the two Dukes to permanently increase one of our domain ratings, I suggest as well if we raise Wealth now, it'll be cheaper for us and then they can raise it again from 4 to 5, giving us the most lasting benefit to their efforts.

Have we agreed to allot xp as a domain to raise our Wealth permanently? Please sound off here to confirm support of Tyr's work. I believe if we each contribute 1xp we can raise it.)
