Downtime Operation Fuck Laibach (combined action Raetus, Nunzio, Alfonso)
Raetus is doing something to a bunch of rats, don't know what so that's why he's included in this action.
Take rats to Laibach via Trieste. I will travel the Free City (remember I am flesh crafted to look like someone else) and purchase some trade goods. Once that's done I will travel to Laibach and let the Rats quietly disperse as I sell goods.
Once that's done the military forces controlled by Nunzio (4) and myself (3) position themselves (sans uniforms) and kill as many people trying to leave as they can, people will be allowed to enter.
Requirements
Result on Win:
Bonus test:
outright win - Note. 4 downtime actions with suitable commitment to build own slave pens/bigger markets that would add a +1 wealth permanently to the domain. For each person who wins their bonus test they will receive a +1 downtime reduction card in the cost of building anything that would permanently increase a domain stat.
ST NOTE: This is a personal card and can be traded or sold. It does not have to go to their Dukedom. Remember. If someone personally spends a lot of time building something for their Dukedom on their own they can gain the Status Builder permanently granting them domain over the structure.
Each person that is going to Trieste to start their "trading mission" will need to perform a travel test also.
The ST's reserve the right if there are enough failures to deem the Caravan was attacked as part of the penalties. It would still get through unless there are some serious botches.
Nunzio tests: Nunzio - rock, paper, rock, scissors (Loss, Win, Win)
Our tests Nunzio: Paper, Rock, Scissors
Alfonso tests: scissors, paper, rock, paper (tie, loss, win, Win)
Our tests Alfonso: scissors, scissors, scissors, rock
Raetus tests: scissor, scissor, rock, rock, rock (Win, Win)

Requirements
- Animalism x 2 to call the rats. (Alfonso can herd them using Shadow play into a almost dead end cavern where they can be easily collected for modification) - met
- Raetus using his medicinal knowledge, uses several diseased mortals to determine a optimum disease to release in Liabach. He then infuses the Rats with little pockets of puss and such that is easily transferred by blood sucking insects or by contact to others. - met
- You pack the rats in cages and travel to Triest. - met
How do you get there? - need info from Alfonso
What is your method of travel? - need info from Alfonso - Resources x 2 & Commerce x 1 (skill) (to pose as a small middling trader and purchase items in Trieste to trade in Laibach) - met
- Militia x 3 - Alfonso. A very small portion of the militia can act as caravan guards to this "merchant" that Alfonso is posing as. Alfonso will have to give them the instructions before he has his appearance altered. - need info from Alfonso
- Expend Strategos to blockade a trade route/increase banditry. - Alfonso. Personal presence is required to possibly profit personally from their banditry. If you are leading these forces who do you look like and if it is a stranger why do they follow him? - need info from Alfonso
- Militia x 4 - Nunzio (same as above if also posing as a trader)
- Expend Strategos to blockade a trade route/increase banditry. - Nunzio. Personal presence is required to possibly profit personally from their banditry. If you are leading these forces who do you look like and if it is a stranger why do they follow him? - need info from Nunzio
- Resources x 3 & Commerce x 2 (skill) - Nunzio (in addition to Alfonso. to pose as a mid size trading group/caravan and purchase items in Trieste to trade in Laibach) - optional need confirmation from Nunzio if he wishes to do this
- Influence Commerce x 2 - Nunzio. If you wish to make this caravan look really legit then you can arrange for many other traders to come with you and have a full scale caravan go to the Laibach Markets. Would make it almost impossible to determine that this caravan had anything to do with outbreak or to isolate the fake traders and then to narrow it even further to Nunzio and Alfonso. - optional need confirmation from Nunzio if he wishes to do this

Would make it almost impossible to determine that this caravan had anything to do with outbreak or to isolate the fake traders and then to narrow it even further to Nunzio and Alfonso. - optional need information from Nunzio if he wishes to do this
Result on Win:
- Successfully implant the disease in the markets of Laibach (-2 wealth, -1 happiness for a year)
- The more skill and influences put into this action the more difficult it will be for anyone to find out who did it. (if all the above requirements are met including optional then it would take some very good skills and downtimes to learn anything)
- Perform Banditry on the two major trade routes and kill /rob mortals that try to pass
- If personally present. Capture trade goods and slaves. Each participant personally there will get a +(militia level 3 or 4) Resource one shot card (can be used or traded at any point in the future).
- Rumors will be spread about the danger of trading in Laibach and their roads
