Hi everybody!
I require a hand or two or three, I am working on a "project" related to our wonderful "game" and am in need of talented individuals.
My first ask is if one or two people could write Game 1 and Game 2 synopses for me. I am working on them myself as we speak but Shane and myself cannot be everywhere at once and may have missed a few things. My goal is to take the synopsis and merge them together with mine to create a overall canon. This is something I would like to get done every game to chronicle our adventure and to have to look back on in the future.
My second ask is for someone to become our social media ambassador. This would be the person who runs our Facebook,Twitter, Instagram and Pintrest accounts. This position would be of a great help to us as I just do not have time to plan and organize a game with a work/family schedule to include this on top of my duties. It is our goal to start promoting Red Deer and the LARP community here as the hot spot in Alberta for this type of entertainment. (Live Action-entertainment I like how that sounds -that is for Trev) We would not only like to bring more players into our game but to help bring an awareness to the community as a whole to help it grow.
My third ask is at our up coming game in April I will be taking photos of each character/player and of the game running. Any players who do not wish to be included please inform me privately. I am only giving this warning because in a past experience some players are embarrassed or worried about being exposed as a gamer at work or in their personal lives and we wish to respect that personal decision.
Of course there is always rewards for helping out and we can discuss them at a later date between ourselves. I do not expect anybody to put effort and time into this without reward.
