A meeting of the minds - Laibach and Fia - 1200

[Johan the Smith]

Riccar Hahn: "Johan I would like to formally thank you for your outstanding display of loyalty the other night. If there is anything you wish, please tell me and I will get it done."

"Good evening." The gargoyle responded, giving a small nod in recognition. "I want for little at the moment, Apprentice. If that changes, I will let you know."

He falls silent again, listening to the conversation for a while before adding in his own thoughts. "Is it possible we could insult them further? I've seen that a few of them have poor control over their beast's,  how and by whom we turn the information in for the reward could possibly incite some of them to attack us in our own domain."

"There are many ways to get that information though..." Lyrah looks to Raqa. "Can you SPEAK with the dead Raqa? Can you contact Baalam in his afterlife, and find out what happened? Perhaps we can return to the scene of the crime... Gunnar knows where it happened... I could investigate... And I believe our good duke may have abilities to see the unseeable no?"

[Gunnar Voldemon]

"I'm here." Gunnar replies as he walks in the room. "As are a few others in the tap room. Like Alphonso and Shadow. Seems that there are other meetings taking place within the shield this evening." Moving over to a chair, he takes a seat and relaxes a bit. Crossing his arms over his large frame as he listens to what the others are discussing.

Lyrah immediately moves to Gunnar, and stands beside him, her hand on his shoulder, patting a few times. "Gunnar, you would be able to tell us where this all happened right? Father Baalam meeting his demise and all that."

[Gunnar Voldemon]

"Shouldn't be to hard to take you there. Also found the clearing where Galahad went mad with Frenzy. And a possible location for the infernalist Nicomedes. " He replies.

[Gunnar Voldemon]

"On this same subject, I have garnered an ally with my fellows clansmate Fia. I have asked that she join us in these hunts. She was there during the fall of Balam. Helping me to drive back the forces that have assaulted those in our domain. May I bring her in? She is in another room waiting for an answer."

"Can we trust this Fia? Is she aligned with our enemies? If not I see no problem... Perhaps we can convince her to join mother Isis in Trieste"

[Johan the Smith]

"She showed no fear when facing you in the ring. That says much to her character, I feel."

[Fia]

Fia enters the room, does a quick scan and recognizes many faces from the tournament, although unfamiliar with many of their names.

"I have come to offer my aid in tracking the fellows from the road. What do we have on them so far?"

Lyrah glances to Fia, and grins bowing her head. "Oh hello Fia! Lovely to see you again! Sad you lost, though I hope you bare no ill will towards my darling Gunnar." Smiling, Lyrah moves to pat Fia on the head, and then extends a hand to her. "I am Lyrah Belirae. We spoke briefly, though it was only for me to wish you luck."

"As for what we have, I believe Gunnar would be the one to talk to about that."

[Fia]

Yes we spoke briefly before the match didn't we, thank-you for your well wishes. Although after fighting beside Gunnar on the road, I am not surprised that I could not best him. I obviously have much to learn yet.

Welcome Fia. I don't think we met. I am apprentice Richaar it is a pleasure to meet you.

[Fia]

Thank you. I do not believe we had opportunity to talk at the gathering. You fought in the tournament as well, if I am not mistaken?

Johan gave a nod in greeting when Fia entered, remaining silent Until there was a pause in the conversation. "You showed honour in your match. Do not fret about losing, with time and dedication you should prove to be quite the warrior."
