It is with profound sadness and loss I must confirm the death of Father Balaam Doge of Trieste and my Herald. I must admit I did not agree with Didaskalos' appointment of a low clan to the position but he did fall under my protection. For any solid and provable evidence leading to the arrest of the criminal who broke Caine's law I offer a major boon from myself. Should any Cainite solve this mystery unaided and be able to present their case successfully I shall petition Didaskalos on your behalf for position.
