When the Cainite residents of Klagenfurt attempt to enter the small fort that formerly housed Lucien La'Chard they find it locked and bared to their entry.
The substantial Militia that was once Lucien's now reports that their contract has temporarily been picked up by another.
All services and livestock (ie horses and carriages) are no longer available.
Their orders are to secure the fort and hold it until their new contractor arrives. He is currently concluding business in Trieste but will be along in the next month or so.
If you were residing there and did not have your own haven you are now homeless.
If you have Resources x 1 they are taken up to rent a place to sleep. If you have a Haven of your own you are OK.
If you have neither I will need you to tell me where you are going to reside and how.
