A shadowy figure visits just long enough to post a notice before disappearing back into the night. The notice reads:
Let it be known that I, Cardinal Kaa of the Church of the Black Magdalene, resident of the great land of Tridentine and humble servant of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, hereby offers a major boon to any in good standing within our society who correctly reveals the identity of any individual of my ancestry presently masquerading under the guise of another clan, or as one who is clanless. Also let it be known that any of my ancestry who does not openly state his or her identity is very likely a heretic and should be immediately held as untrustworthy.
