A Cloaked Figure Enters

Jaak enters the Shield of Safety Tap Room, cloak drawn tightly around his face but easily identified by those familiar with him.

He goes to the bartender, hands a note for the Chronicler, then inquires about the Beggar's Cart.

one of the staff takes the note and drops it into a slot in the bar.
