A notice goes up at the Shield of Safety in an area for Cainites only. If your character does not go to the Shield assume word and a letter addressed to each Duke and individual of import (Herald and Sheriff) makes it's way to you. Either way, everyone hears of the invite

On behalf of the Doge of our City, I hereby invite you to gather at our fair city to commemorate the beginning of summer, in 1202. With good fortune or Divine Providence, our brave Crusaders may even be able to attend and regale us with their honourable exploits.

The Trade city of Trieste is hosting a great festival and feast to celebrate the planting of the crops and the coming of Summer.

We invite all Travelers, Muscians, Traders, farmers, Scholars to come enjoy.

OOC) For the record we will be jumping a few years. ST or I will post when these things actually take place. And sorry but we will not be accepting extra downtime actions due to the couple year jump. However, we will consider the time lapse when dealing with downtime actions.
