I have the Recipe that was in the lantern. I know that it is called the "Candle of Atlas".
I also have 4 of the 6 ingredients on the recipe. I believe this is also from the order of Hermes.

You study the recipe as it is on the damaged skin but try as you might you are pretty baffled on what the other ingredients are. Your library (if you have one) does not seem to reference this. You come to the conclusion that you are going to have to travel to Vienna to try to gain access to the old Order of Hermes libraries.

You will need to spend another downtime to travel to Vienna (or where ever the best records are of the Order of Hermes before they became Tremere) and then if you do so figure out a way to gain access.

Contact to spy and give information on Trieste and how to purchase land.

You manage to come across the envoy of a merchant lord that sits on the council of Trieste while they are visiting Laibach. Through him you learn that there is a new individual trying to take advantage of the new Guard Towers location and build a Large Inn next to it.

The Envoy mentions that the councilor he serves owns many of the existing inns in Trieste and that he feels this will steal his business and is standing in the way of the development. Pulling strings to tie up the land purchase thus holding up development of this Inn.
