Resources 6: Used to hire mercenaries, trackers, dog handlers, wolf hounds, hunting dogs (already purchased), cages (for captured wolves) and the necessary wagons and food etc.
Leadership 2: To direct the wagon trail.
Auspex 1 & Survival 2: For tracking (although trackers and dogs will presumably be better than Raetus)
Animalism 2: Used to speak to the local fauna to obtain information on the passing silver furred wolves. Also in the final confrontation he will summon wolves as well to aid the battle.

Note: Needless to say Raetus has informed his men that some of the silver wolves are to be captured.

Besenello (German: Pysein or Bisein) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of Trento. It is located at the entrance of the Vallagarina. The main attraction is the Castel Beseno, the largest fortified structure in Trentino and the Romanesque church of Sant'Agata.

My response:

This will take more than one action and some resources and other stuff. lol

The card is just one downtime, not the requirements.

But You can set the slaves to work on this if you like.

If you build it for defense, AND purchase a bunch of haven over the next while I might even allow you to take it fully as your haven and still add defense. As a Haven it would require Size and Staff at a minimum to start.

If you go this way I would strongly suggest purchasing 1 dot of security background so that you could add security to it for free. You might want to mention that to Akiko also. for 1 xp she could purchase security personally and add it to her haven for free.

She would still control the Caves and if you bought haven in addition to spending the downtimes and other requirements building this then you would control this as your own.

If you build it with out any other PC's helping you would get the Builder Status (But you are Baron so who really cares the only real bonus to you is the spent but then again you are Tzmitze). SO, you could direct your vassals to help build this and still slip in there and make it your haven...

For something of this size it will take a good 4 downtimes. If you are purchasing haven also I will reduce it to 3.
