He is last member if family Deamos killed. He had a man servant posing as him in his bed while he was out whoring.since given himself to the demon.
Scared to reveal his identity so he doesn't meet same fate. But has title to some land on other edge of town and a whole treasure trove of money to build and indulge his lusts. Also could have a secret claim to Isis's property.
Use him to lure Lyrah to Trieste her little "slave" free retainer if we convince her to ghoul him.
Of course he is unbound able. But pretends really well and uses her to get close to Cainite society and to lure Isis into desiring him.
He will build Lyrah a palace to rival Isis's if only she will stay with him.
He can be mortal, someone else's ghoul or a Cainite pretending to be a ghoul. What ever we want.
