By order of Ard Ri Didaskalos, Imperial Prince of the Heamus Peninsula under the authority of Caine.
Do hereby sentence Nicomedes Petras the Oath Breaker and known Diablorist to trial by physical ordeal.
The crimes to which Nicomedes Petras is charged:
The failure to protect a sworn vassal
The failure to honour a Blood Oath to his liege Didaskalos
The unwarranted attack on a city under his sworn protection
The drinking of the heartsblood of another Cainite
The trial shall be executed on February XX, 1198 in the presence of Didaskalos. The trial shall be held within the Basilica Forense in the Free City of Trieste.
Any Cainite foolish enough to interfere or offer assistance to the convict shall face immediate execution.
