(The following scroll is VERY prominently displayed in all areas of Cainite interest. Any of you whose location is generally known also receive an identical copy hand delivered by messengers bearing the livery of the Ard Rhi himself, also under the banners of the Grand Chamberlain and my own colours as well.)
ALL CAINITES OF THE DOMAIN OF GAUL:
What I warned us all against has come to pass. Our sundry and twisted affairs have drawn the attention of higher powers in the land. The Ard Rhi and Grand Chamberlain have ordered me to announce to you that our next gather shall be held at the Shield of Safety, within the personal domain of the Chronicler himself. They come to us to deal with numerous outstanding issues, both social and martial. He will have his domain and affairs in order or know the reason why. Issues of succession, the ongoing infernal threat, outstanding debts, freeloaders, poachers...all and more shall be dealt with once and for all ere the night is over. I should not have to mention that attendance at this gather is mandatory, and any with a stake (no pun intended) and/or concerns with the affairs of our domain would do well to see themselves there. I, for one, welcome our benevolent overlords. I look forward to seeing all of you there. Be on your best behaviour or suffer the consequences.
