I use my Lvl 1 Mentor card to track down and find a mentor to teach me Obfuscate.
2 outright fails or 1 outright fail and two ties = found mentor, didn't successfully learn obfuscate (no xp spent just downtime lost, will need a second downtime and tests to successfully learn)
One fail, or any number of ties (except as listed above) just means you had difficulties and will suffer some penalties but will learn obfuscate lvl 1 for 4xp and the downtime.
3 outright wins means you did exceptionally well and managed to learn Obfuscate lvl 1 at in-clan cost
our tests: P, P, P
Update: Chose not to learn obfuscate yet due to xp cost.
He travels abroad and finds a young Assamite that is willing to teach Galahad and whom has no connections to the courts of Gaul.

Second DT Action,
I will use astral projection and use dominate on as many mortals as possible to ensure that nobody is able to build on any of the points of power in Triest. basically they riot and burn / destroy anything build on either of the remaining points of power that is not the point of power that Riccar is building his chantry on. They would obviously have no idea what the point of powers are but just that they have the insatiable need to destroy anything built on the 2 remaining points of power in Triest.
Your Wit's focus lets you use up to 2 levels of Dominate from Psychic Projection though you only have 1 level of Dominate at the moment. It would only be conditionally effective as it is only a short one use command that lasts for 1 month.
In Psychic Projection you can travel up to 50 miles/hr so it will take about 1 1/2 hrs to get there (so doable)
Cost is 1 blood to materialize for 1 round, which you would need to do to gain focus for dominate and you could use telepathy to wake people up.
If you do this then your best bet is going to be simply to place the command that they will support "Ricchar's Trieste Retainer" when he calls for support on land use decisions.
As I said it is a one shot use and lasts only a month but very do-able. You could keep in contact with Ricchar's retainer to learn who might need to be swayed and where they live.
It is a clever bypass to the no help rule on Builder Status. As you are not personally putting downtimes into building it and only making sure he is able to do it I will say it will work.
His tests: P, R, P, S, S, R, R, S, P, R (loss, tie, win, win, Tie, Tie, Loss, Win, Tie, Tie) Our tests: S, R, R, P, S, R, P, P, P, R
Results: You meddle with the minds of the Merchant council, coming to them in the night and manifesting. Using Ricchar's contact to gain information on coming votes and locations of the willful Merchants. When you manifest your "ideal form" is a very elegant kingly figure, as such when you wake them from a sleep to plant a command in their mind it is easy to convince them you are there to guide them to greatness.
You discuss dreams of things to come. The greatness of Trieste, grand libraries, and other such stuff. Slipping in commands for them to oppose almost anything and everything that would stand in the way of rebuilding after the storm, causing enough chaos and dissension by having them support enough possibilities that almost nothing gets accomplished at this time that is not in lines with what serves your interests. Or at least doesn't serve the Low Clans of Trieste.
