My intentions with these issues, is to ensure that Gallahad's lack of propriety and respect preclude him from the Throne of Prince. To that end, I am enacting some actions in an attempt to break the insidious hold he and Raqqa are attempting for their Vanity Projects.
The boons that the Herald shall be delivering to me, I shall be transferring to you those in Gallahad and Raqqa's names. I am certain you will be able to capitalize on any situations where they will weaken their presentation, and utilize these boons in your own bid for Prince. We are facing Dark Times, and need the right person as Prince to lead us in that direction.
As well, there are several situations regarding Reeve Gunnar that I believe you should be informed of, at least for posterity if not to allow informed decisions as you arrange affairs."

"Yes, that would be correct Jaak. Duke Antonio claims limited knowledge of the assault I am unsure whether this is due to a clumsy domination clouding his mind or simply pressure from the owner of the missing organ. Liabach was present but no direct proof points to them involving themselves with this crime. Amon Ka was the culprit who enacted this removal using some sort of discipline particular to his line but I doubt he would have enough prestation to convince the entire domain of Liabach to participate; therefore I suspect a degree of collusion in this act. Lastly I doubt I need to point to the fact that more than likely this was in fact what happened to Tyr as well. Although I suspect perhaps something went wrong with this attempt as they tried to cover up their mistake with a ham fisted lie of infernalism. I have pressed the Herald and the Reeve to press charges against the perpetrator of this lie who I believe was Raqa. We will see next gathering if the Reeve values duty or his past loyalties."

"If THIS is what the were doing in my domain, then assume the REEVE is in collusion as well. It was he who demanded they have opportunity to 'speak uninterrupted'.
It was also the REEVE who, along with Tyr, fed on guards and had Morbus try to blame your retinue for the misbehaviour.
It is also the REEVE who was willing to accept the lies of an unsworn Cainite, had I not ensured I was involved in their conversation. In that same conversation, it was the REEVE who was also considering to declare the Doge 'Malefactor' just because she disputed Gallahad's version of events.
It is the REEVE who shirked his duty to diffuse conflict within his domain, complaining about having to deal with 'boons and prestation'.
It was also this REEVE who overstepped his place, might I point out, and tried to engineer deposing Duke Galanzia! Meddling with the political structures of domains, to provide his friend Raqqa a Dukedom, where his position should be to support & police Gaul.
Our REEVE is a brute with delusions of grandeur. He sees his position as Power, not Responsibility. He plainly sees his loyalty with Raqqa, and through him Gallahad, and not for Gaul. Or the Ard Rhi."

"Removing the Reeve, may weaken your position as much as strengthen it, sir. Your Status required to depose him prior to ascension may prevent your Princedom.
I'd almost be willing to estimate, that they may not foresee this, and attempt to depose the Herald. Their weakened state of Status, may still leave them open."

"To be honest the process of the grand duke's assignment is something I am unfamiliar with. Some years ago I managed to convince the other Dukes to declare me there senior but this seemed to insufficient for the Ard Rhi. I suspect that in the end it will be the Ard Rhi's decision and although status may come into play, proof of worth and service to Gaul will be a greater factor. You should remember in the eyes of the Ard Rhi Gunnar has done what he claimed he would; destroy the infernal menace. The Ard Rhi cares very little about a few soldiers and only slightly more about propriety within domain. I would say that if you demonstrate Liabach's hand involved in the assault upon one of his sworn vassels that is a direct insult to the Ard Rhi's honor and will certainly color his opinion of that domain." |

Proper behaviour and decorum, however, is important to him. We know that Galanzia and Gallahad have both provided poor representation of themselves in his presence previously; we shall see if Gallahad has learned from the experience.
We also know that Gunnar has difficulty maintaining control of his Beast, it is possible that in intense situations he may lose himself."
