Small groups of undead have been spotted in random locations around the Duchy. Attacking farms, livestock and the occasional traveler.
These are NOT Raqa's (that you know of).
The Mortal defenses of the domain have increased patrols and have sent scouts and trackers to try to locate these small "bands of bandits" as the mortals believe them to be (from your investigations and from descriptions you know better). They can find tracks, then follow them for a bit into the woods but then nothing, they just end.
