Replaced with blood poisoned by quietus and ritualistically preserved, vessel of transferance.

Holy Breast Milk - Installed in Dominican Abbey
The Holy Breast Milk in the Dominican Abbey has been swapped out with a similar earthen jar of dandelion sap (a white milky substance), sealed and artificially aged to look like the original (or maybe it is a identical jar pulled through time with Temporis).

The three soils from Jerusalem, Nazareth and Bethlehem - Installed in Cathedral
Replaced with soil from the privies of the cathedral.
