I would like to do as much as possible to improve the lot of the common folk of Klagenfurt. Although my primary allegiance is no longer directly tied to said domain, my office still physically resides there and besides as an expression of the living will of the Ard Rhi it is my duty to administer his domains to the best of my ability and to show his magnanimous generosity to his subjects in all things. This extends to the mortals of his domains, whether they are aware of the identity of their benefactors or not. So I would like to arrange for honey wagon convoys to begin retrieving shipments of raw sewage from the overflow fields of Trieste, and then to bring them back to spread on the fields of Klagenfurt to hopefully increase our crop yields in future harvests. If questioned, anyone concerned will be informed that this is due to the generosity of the "Keeper of the Privy", i.e. myself (had also considered "Shitlord" but that didn't have quite the same ring to it.) This mysterious benefactor simply wants to see the people eat well and often. In the interim, while we are waiting for future crops I would also like to arrange for bread wagons to distribute simple food to the people to tide them over until we start seeing some results (hopefully). Nothing too fancy, just something like bread lines or soup kitchens, cheap and easy to make. This is all provided at no cost to all as far as is possible.
Things to use:
Resources 3 (to pay for everything)
Retainer 3 (to help administrate everything)
Leadership 2 (to keep workers on track and motivated)
Scrounge 2 (in case anything unusual is required)
Investigation 1
Politics 1 (make the necessary contacts on either end)
Influence: Pagan 2 (maybe get some pagans from the wilds to keep an eye on my caravans to make sure they make it to and from their destinations safely, without revealing themselves to the caravans)
Him: Rock, Paper, Scissors, Rock, Paper
Us: P, S, R, R, R
Results shown in general here, ye. here ye

I would like to continue to look into patterns of infernal activity, to see if we can recognize any common elements or patterns, maybe narrow down specific area of operations, nature of activity. Basically work up some good actionable intelligence we can use to perhaps plan some retaliatory strikes and stop being merely reactionary to their moves.
Things to use:
Academics: Quadrivium 2 (research past incidents, make connections)
Awareness 1 (notice details heretofore overlooked in past reports)
Investigation 1
Leadership 2/Politics 1 (ask around various civic officials regarding unusual activity)
Lore: Cainite 2 (past infernal incidents/legends)
Lore: Necro Rituals 2 (same as above, necromantic focus)
Occult 5 (any insight due to this massive body of occult knowledge)
Scrounge 2
Theology: Pagan 2 (see if they are of any help)
any relevant Necromancy
Mortis 5, Ash 3, Bones 2, Sepulchre 1
Auspex 1
Influence: Pagan 2 (see if they are of any help)
Haven 4 (particularly library, casting chamber if any rituals are necessary)
ex. may cast Eyes of the Grave or Weight of the Tomb on infernalist leaders if we can identify them
Resources 3 (if we need to buy anything)
Retainer 3 (to help with research)
Dark Assistant (skull is essentially mobile library, has contents of my physical library read into it, so benefits of such also apply in field)
Him: Paper, Rock, Scissors, Paper, Rock (Loss, tie, loss, loss, loss)
Us: S, R, R, S, P
Bugger!!!
You seem to be confounded at every turn. You begin to see a patter. That trouble when it starts seems to always come from certain areas first and then move out from them in almost a wave.
Think like this. You raise some zombies and want them to cause problems. You raise them say at the crossroads between domains but you want them to attack Laibach. first reports start near the crossroads as they are sighted and maybe cause a few issues on their way to their target inside Laibach. Point of origin, time to get somewhere.
You had been mapping reports and recording them one night in the library and were close to narrowing down the overlapping fields, you were just missing one piece of the puzzle. But unfortunately you left your papers out durring the day and they disappeared along with all your maps of the areas.
(OOC: at least the losses didn't mean a fire broke out...)

I would like to do some upkeep on the library as it has fallen somewhat into disrepair. Let's get it back to an edifice worthy of the Chamberlain of Gaul.
Things to use:
Academics: Quadrivium 2
Investigation 1
Leadership 2 (to keep everyone on track and motivated)
Scrounge 2 (in case anything unusual is required)
Resources 3 (to pay for materials/workers)
Retainer 3 (to help administrate everything)
Politics 1 (grease palms/bribes)
Theology/Influence: Pagan 2 (in case they can be of any help)
Some tests in case:
Him: Scissors, Scissors, Rock, Rock, Paper (tie, tie, loss, win, bonus win)
Us: S, S, P, S, R
Seems that while you traveled due to the events in Klagenfurt many scholars have decided to pack up and leave. Many are traveling to the new library in Trieste while others are heading to other great cities. The pain of it is that be it scholars or enterprising staff that are moving on many of your collected art works, books, old armors and such have migrated with them. You Work hard and manage to bring together what remains and consolodate them under lock and key and the eyes of your retainer.
