The following will only occur if Duke Rafeal allows Raetus entry into his domain.
Raetus enters Klagenfurt (face changed) with the mud men, scultone and Gubbio.
Raetus, Jack and John (the mudmen) Gubbio and Scultone: set up watch over the Dominican abbey. Jack and John (mudmen) will switch appearances entering the abbey attempting to find the relic and perhaps switch it for a another (resources 6). Raetus will watch the abbey at night gather information about the relic from the locals and wait for Samuel.

Tyr repairs damage to castle he did -----------
ST Note: Unfortunately the relics from the list given to Morrigan (Prior to the crusades?) have all been stolen or switched out. The Holy Breast Milk in the Dominican Abbey has been swapped out with a similar earthen jar of dandelion sap (a white milky substance), sealed and artificially aged to look like the original (or maybe it is a identical jar pulled through time with Temporis).
You set watch over the Dominican Abbey. setting the watch to observe and attempt to keep an eye out for Samuel. Word is that he was/is around the area purging the evil from the souls of those afflicted. The populace have a despairing hope that his efforts will bring back some prosperity to the suffering land and people.
You have your retainers set watch with the Mud Men watching during daylight hours and the Wolf and Scultone at night (to avoid drawing too much attention). You have patrols of Militia periodically wandering out to check out the other known locations in Klagenfurt that hold artifacts and to help passout some food and livestock to help the people.
You gather little information about the Holy Breast Milk except that when it was installed it brought great fertility and growth to the land much as it did to Jesus.
Peasants are beginning to grumble that perhaps the milk has curdled and that is the reason the land suffers so.
As your patrols wander they hear that Samuel just hours prior (around high sun) had discovered, when he went to worship and ask for holy guidance and prayers for his men, that the Arrow of St. Sebastian installed at the cathedral was not in fact the same arrow as had been there during his previous visit. Fortunately the three soils seemed untouched so the prior was able to deliver their blessings on him and his men.
The Jack and John have no problem getting into the Abbey but there seems to be a lay servant always at prayers over the Milk. Praying for the return of fertility and prosperity to the land. They have a very hard time getting close. Finally one night after you, Gubbio and Scultone have mapped out the hours and individuals who take their turns praying delay one of the lay brothers on-route to take his shift. Changing your face to match his you manage to slip in and get a good look at the jar and then take the face of the one you replaced waiting for the delayed one to arrive. And walk out as though it were a normal shift change.
You spend the next week in search of a jar similar in appearance enough to use as a replacement. Fortunately with the aid of your resources and Militia spreading food you have purchased and imported to smooth the way your troops manage to locate one in a old farm house.
Once you have found a replacement jar (ceramic) and decorate it to look like the original you set you plan in motion, arrive early to replace the current lay brother, swap the jar, change your face and wait for another shift change. As you are changing your face to appear like the brother you just replaced he returns and walks in. Shocked and about to scream Gubbio comes bounding in through the shuttered window and takes him by the throat permanently silencing him. At which point Scultone informs you that the shift replacement is coming running across the square. With little to do but fake it you send Gubbio back into the night and change the face of the original returned brother to look different and change the wound. You then fake distress with a story of how he came crashing in and you fought him to stop him... You need air... and disappear into the night. Leaving the fake replacement behind.
Being the great Lord of castle Bassano you naturally put your militia to work trying to track down the missing man in an effort of friendship to the local lords.
Hoping the commotion and news of the attempted theft may draw Samuel to the site when he hears about it you stick around for a few more weeks. In this time things begin to get a little better in Klagenfurt. Small merchants are bringing in excess food from more distant Duchies and the prices are remaining stable and mostly affordable. Your initial outflood of money has managed to get things flowing a little again. With the merchants comes word that Samuel has been spotted on the Trade roads heading away from Klagenfurt towards the crossroads with his 6 mounted men.
The peasants fully attribute the turn around and signs of returning prosperity to Inquisitor Samuel who has found and slain some dark forces and even now is on the trail of the thief who took the Arrow of St. Sebastian.

You begin your chase of the culprit that stole the arrow. Following Samuels lead you head out of town, Chasing his men in an attempt to overcome them. They head west for a day and set up camp, following suit in the evening you easily catch up to them and watch, trying to figure out what is going on. Guards are set and Samuel goes to his tent and the lights are turned out. Just as you are about to slip into camp, with the guards beginning to slouch at their posts you feel a sense of accomplishment, of invulnerability at your skills of having so easily slipped up on his camp. That you are going to capture this bastard and learn everything he knows.
You also take note that the guards are waking from their previous drowsiness and are becoming particularly diligent at their posts. Sending out scouts to the range of their vision about 50 feet out, doing a semi circle around their position then returning. This is done at irregular intervals.
During this you note one of the sentries on the road sounds a brief note on their horn. The light comes on in Inquisitor Samuel's tent and he personally comes out with his guards to meet the individual and escort them to his tent. Shaking hands Samuel seems to stand taller, prouder and more alert. As they enter camp and pass one of the now refreshed fires you get a partial look at the visitor. The silhouette shows a tall wiry man holding a staff (familiar if not personally then through descriptions as one of the infernals) Egyptian words drift through the night but fade as the fog begins to form and drift in.
The night progresses and the two individuals retire to the tent. The fog thickens to the point that all you can see now is the glow of bonfires and a occasional silhouette passing between you and it. Your skin tingles and becomes extremely uncomfortable.
In what is but a moment in reality seems to be several minutes to you. You feel something trying to grip your "soul" trying to grab it and pull you along into some unworldly place. Your body however remains grounded, digging your feet and hands deep into the soil you call upon your heritage, screaming as your soul stretches and is almost taken from you. Just as your mind starts to unravel your "soul" snaps back, refusing to take the trip to where ever it was being pulled. You loose consciousness. Some time latter (weeks, months, years?) you awaken, somehow during your struggle you managed to dig yourself into the ground.
You are weak with this not being your home soil, your clothing and pouches are all torn open and spilled (loosing your homelands soil you had brought). A quick survey shows remains of the fire pits. But no tracks leading away from the camp. The night sky shows that you you been in torpor healing the damage caused by your soul nearly being ripped out for several months. There is no sign of the Mudmen, Gubbio or Scultone.
You return as quickly as you are able to Trento, finding your retainers having only just got back themselves and no sign of Morrigan.
You receive report from your mudmen that similar to you they had their souls ripped from them. They were sucked into what they think may have been the hells time dragged while there . Their "souls" were ripped through a hellish land with demon faces and arms reaching out for them, screaming and hungering for their flesh and mind. During their trip their minds unraveled. Finally their "souls" rejoined their bodies and were thrown back into the real world, all four of them in different locations. The creatures you encountered have fractured their minds. As they managed to pull their thoughts back into order they sought each other out and discovered each other in due time on their trek homeward. Gubbio and Scultone having the best homing senses of the group.
They only returned maybe a week before you. On returning they discovered that the Duchy had been over run by wolves and several great battles had been fought while everyone was away. Many of the populace was killed, and they were just helping organization of clean up crews to assess the overall damage caused.

ST NOTE: Using the gates for mass teleportation can forcefully bring a mortal through it even if they do not have a gem in them. It will attempt to pull a Cainite through if they are in the area but due to properties of their blood they can not be forced through a gate without having a gem embedded in them.
