Spirits and Wraiths across Gual are in unrest. They are behaving chaotically as though something is playing with their psyche.
Similar to how Lyrah's madness infected the Cainites at last gather only happening to wraiths and spirits on a much greater range. The shadowlands are having chaos and slight storms winding through them, sometimes wiping out reflections from accross the veil and sometimes adding new, previous unseen reflections of the real world....
It is in their essence and when questioned they do not really realize they are acting out of the ordinary.
Some simply manifest, some become like poltergeists moving things and others have been heard to attack across the veil.
