Let it be known to all that have ears to hear and eyes to read that the Brujah traitors in the border fort have openly broken with Gaul and declared for Narses of Venice, known to be blood enemy of our own illustrious Ard Rhi. In so doing, they make personal affront to our own Prince Raetus, first of his name and lord of these lands in the name of the Ard Rhi, and this affront must be answered most decisively.
THEREFORE,
All subjects of Gaul under the jurisdiction of Prince Raetus, first of his name and lord of these lands in the name of the Ard Rhi, save those of the Free City, must now join together in common cause. Your prince calls upon each of you to donate half a mortal's blood and the will of your own spirit (5 BLOOD and 1 WILLPOWER) each towards a most grand undertaking to this effect. The night shall shake with the fury of our thunder and quake with the mewling despair of our enemies, but we cannot do so alone. Let us show the traitors that the iron fist of Gaul and the will of the Ard Rhi is not to be trifled with lightly.
