Calling all Low Clans

In an effort to populate the free city anyone who plays a low clan character from the free city shall receive one extra draw from the draw deck. As well in a effort to have more traditional clans Brujah, Toreador, Nosferatu and Ventrue any player who plays a character from these clans shall receive and extra draw from the draw deck.

That is one draw total. Not two if you are a Nosferatu and in the Free city.
