"I shall deal with Tyr directly.
I do not appreciate the slight to my honour, Reeve. I deal with issues directly. Lies and extortion provoke the Beast, and I have no patience dealing with either."
*grinds teeth*
"Since no support is found for the casual explanation given, boons are fair. If either the Duke or Baron wish to support their story with their status, I will cancel the Herald's boon for that individual.
I will also point out, Reeve, as we have discussed, the Duke still owes me a boon from 2 years ago. I think that would be much more important for me to focus on than staging a weak extortion attempt."

Also need to put this out there for Gunnar. "For your services of letting the two kingdoms discuss, here is a minor boon. Please record this Sokrates. He says." Sorry. I missed it earlier.

"I would expect the two of us would be equally disappointed at the lack of truth to this matter, Reeve. With no evidence, and no status to verify the explanation, how can we seek proper justice?"

"Thank you Reeve. You know I wish to serve the interests of Gaul."

This is true. All involved are responsible for this egregious breach of domain. Therefore Tyr, Ricchar, Johan, and Amon Kaa shall also discharge a major boon to Jaak at his convenience. I hold no favorites where matters of prestation are concerned, and sincerely hope that you do not imply such. Now is the time to come together, not fall apart. I merely wish to see justice done, though the heavens fall.

He smirks ever so slightly. "By uncovering the truth of the matter for ourselves. We need not have our hands held as we look into the destruction of your stables, Jaak." He says as he shifts his weight again. Hands resting on his belt as he considers everything that's going on.
"It does seems strange that members of Laibach was injured while Tyr was frenzied and fleeing. And with all the infernalists about, are you sure there was no outside involvement? I do not dismiss the threat of infernalists with such ease. Having spent many years hunting them, it is not within my nature." He says with a pause as though something is troubling his mind.

Bowing at Sokrates' expertise in the matter. "Then consider any grievances I had with you ruling resolved. Fair is fair."

"I would agree, Reeve, that the situation does not add up.
Perhaps one of the eyewitnesses would be good to join you and Fia in tracking the alleged Infernalist? I'm sure Riccar, especially having seen it, would be able to aid in scrying/tracking the culprit they refer to."

Very well then, good lords and gentles. If there is nothing further, I return to my holdings as there is much to be done. Keep me apprised and let me know if I am needed, for my business is justice and unfortunately it seems as though business is booming.

Nodding to Sokrates, Gunnar speaks again. "I recommend waiting to hear from Raqa before leaving, Herald. He may wish to speak before everything is convened."
Just noticed that Raqa is involved and here with us, though has been busy and unable to discuss. Full time jobs for the win.

Mother Isis would listen to the conversation back and forth, the situation was very confusing. "I find it rather odd that Libach the "great and might infernalist hunters" got injured by one infernalist....when you people have clearly stated you have put down many....the fact there was no presance of infernalism when Fia and I checked that barn is another question as well.....and why was ALL of Libach hidding in Jaak's barn when you clearly had no business there.....interesting...." she would look to Morrigan "Lady Morrigan would you be able to assist me with something please...?".

"OH what tangled webs we weave..." Lyrah appears seemingly out of nowhere and points a pretty finger at Isis. "YOU should not be so quick to pass any sort of judgment or be passive towards people. YOU were not there. I KNOW the truth. I know what caused this. And I know who I at fault. No one should be placing blame on any single party alone. You have no proof Laibach was responsible and as such should not simple throw around your words. People get in trouble for such loose tongues."
Looking to the reeve she shakes her head. "May I speak with you in private, good reeve? As I said I know what truly happened for I saw it all, and can clear up any sort of conflict"

"I will bow to the herald's wisodm in this. Jaak, please accept a major boon and my apologies for the damage caused." Johan said with a slight bow, settling his cloak back on over his armour, hiding the damage he wore before turning to Mother Isis.
"Doge, if I may. It is a rare fight indeed where even the victor can claim a complete lack of wounds. And with all due respect, you and Fia were fooled during the gather at Laibach, as were all of us, when there were two infernalists in our midst, hiding as members of the gather they had kidnapped." He pointed out, falling silent once more.
(OOC: Work is more than full time for me, currently. Last i saw this thread, it only had like two posts in it. XD I'll respond to anything necessary as fast as i can, please forgive the slow rate that results.)

At Mother Isis' comment Gunnar slams his hand down upon a table, nearly breaking it as he contains his sudden rage. "Claims? You who have shown nothing but contempt for the Dutchy of Laibach have nothing but disdain for the greater domain. I demand that you pay a major boon for attempting to drag the name of a kingdom of greater status than yourself through the mud." He says with a snarl.
But the sudden appearance of Lyrah would give him pause. The old warrior sneers at ISIS and shakes his head. "Pathetic." Before turnING to face and address Lyrah.
"Lady Belirae. Please." He says as he steps away and moves off to the side to speak with Lyrah. Still listening to this conversation.
